What credit cards are accepted?
You can make a purchase at National Camera Exchange & Video with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, or Discover Card
How long will it take to get my purchase?
Orders placed by noon on weekdays will normally be shipped the same day. Weekend orders will be shipped the following Monday.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Orders billed to addresses in Minnesota will be taxed at 7.275%, but all other orders will not be taxed.
Can I ship to a different address?
National Camera Exchange & Video will only ship to an address other than the customer's billing address if the destination is the customer's place of employment. We will verify this address, so please include a daytime switchboard number at your employer. Products cannot be shipped to a PO Box.

Cutoff day for USPS Parcel Post domestic mail to arrive by Dec. 25.
Monday, Dec. 21
Cutoff day for USPS Domestic First Class Mail and Priority Mail to arrive by Dec. 25. UPS & Fedex Ground & Residential services picked up during this week may require extra time for delivery. Service times may be estimated at ups.com or fedex.com.
Wednesday, Dec. 23
Cutoff day for USPS Domestic Express Mail to arrive by Dec. 25 at most locations.
UPS and Fedex 2nd Day Air packages picked up today will be delivered on Monday, Dec. 28. UPS 2nd Day Air packages may be delivered on Saturday, Dec. 26 if marked for Saturday delivery. Extra charges will apply. Call the warehouse for cost estimate.
Please feel free to inquire about the availability of later shipments, and remember you can stop in at any of our five Minneapolis/St Paul locations. All locations will be open until 4PM on Sunday, December 24th for your shopping convenience!

Why are prices for some product not displayed?
Due to restrictions by some manufacturers, we cannot display prices for some items. For the latest pricing information on such item(s), call 1.877.600.4497 or click the "add to cart" button and the price will appear in your shopping cart. You are not obligated to buy when you add any item to your cart. Simply remove the item if you do not wish to purchase.
Why are prices on your website sometimes different from the in-store prices?
The selling price of our products may at times be different at our website and our retail stores. Please notify one of our salespersons of the difference, and you will be charged the lower of the two prices. |
