National Camera Exchange wants you to be satisfied with your purchase and offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re unhappy with your camera or camcorder, you may exchange or return it within 30 days after your purchase. 

Please note that for a return, you must have original receipt and packaging. There is a minimum 10% restocking fee on all items that are $1500 or more.
